Lunch session 2 – obligations that apply once you’ve been granted Projektstöd (“Project grant”)
On the 30th of April this digital lunch session will be held at 12:10–12:50 pm. The session is about Projektstöd (Project grant), a financial support that associations can apply for through your membership with SAIF.

Why should we attend?
You’ll get both basic information about Projektstöd as well as much needed information about what you need to know once you have been granted Projektstöd. We recommend this session to avoid making common mistakes in the application process and it is also a chance for you to ask any questions you might have regarding Projektstöd.

These lunch sessions are the primary source of information that will be provided by the Federation on the topic. We get a lot of questions from a lot of associations, hence these meetings so we can effectively answer all your questions and provide you with the information you need.

How are the lunch sessions structured?
These digital meetings are held on a regular basis, every two weeks.
These sessions are divided into two parts. Part one is about what you need to know before you apply for Projektstöd. Part two is about what you need to know after you’ve been granted Projektstöd. We focus on your obligations linked to the granted support and we talk about problems that might occur – what happens if you can’t implement your project plan as planned for example.

Good to know

• The meeting is held in English. SAIF will present in English but you as participants are free to communicate in English or Swedish.
• This is an excellent opportunity to listen to information and ask questions during a lunch session with no expectations of active participation on your part.
• No pre-registration is required for these open lunch sessions.
